Booking Information

Friday is our preferred changeover day, but we can often be flexible outside of high season (school summer holidays).

Booking Requirements

Summer Holidays: Bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights.

Deposits & Payments

New Guests: A 10% refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is returned after your stay, provided there is no major damage to the property.
Returning Guests: Regular returners are asked to pay 10% of the total when making a booking. (Long-standing returning guests do not need to pay a deposit or the 10% reservation fee.)
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cleaning Charges: Two dogs are allowed at the property, we charge a £20 cleaning fee per dog, per stay.

How to Pay

Payments are made via BACS bank transfer.
Once you confirm you’d like to book, you will receive an invoice with all the necessary details.
