The delightful conservatory houses a lovely dining area and additional loungers to relax and soak in the magnificent estuary views. A gate opens directly onto the South West Coast path.

The cottage has a paved waterfront terrace with rotary clothes dryer, sun umbrella and garden furniture. There’s also off-street parking on the driveway.

Take time to relax by sitting outdoors and enjoy the tidal rhythms.

Sleep.

Upstairs in the cottage, you will find three bedrooms. A master bedroom with a super-kingsize bed and views overlooking the river.

The second bedroom has a westerly aspect and two full size single beds. These can be joined together if you would rather have a second super-kingsize bed.

The third bedroom is smaller but still very comfortable with a single bed. It can be used as a dressing room for the double bedroom if not in use as a bedroom.

Beds are made up for the arrival of guests using good quality bedding and linens to help make sure you get a good night’s sleep.
