Comfortable lounge
The lounge area has more than enough comfortable seating for that quiet night in watching the Smart TV or listening to music/podcasts on the Amazon Alexa Echo.
The lounge opens out into the conservatory where the dining table is situated as well as a couple of easy chairs to lounge in and watch the river go by. The conservatory itself has double patio doors onto the river terrace where the Bar-B-Q is situated.
Sleeping Arrangements
The house comprises of three Bedrooms - one double bedroom overlooking the river, with super-kingsize bed and open wardrobe; a twin bedroom with zip and link divan beds which can be joined to create a super-kingsize bed on request with large fitted wardrobe and cupboard as well as a cosy single, also on the river side of the house, which could serve as a dressing-room for the double if it’s not being used as a bedroom.
Bar-B -Q
Tired of eating out? Why not stay home and barbecue in the back garden. The conservatory is equipped with dining table and chairs to ensure you can enjoy your barbie whatever the temperature outside!
Wifi and other essentials
As well as wifi throughout the house there is also a Smart TV and two Amazon Alexa, one upstairs, one in the lounge.
Bathroom
Newly installed bath and overhead power shower - whether you’re a fan of long soaks, prefer a quick shower or just need to wash the kids before bed, the bathroom caters to all your needs.
